How do I purchase from Total safes?

We have designed Total safes with you in mind, we have made the process of purchasing a safe simple and very easy but remember, if you have any problems or would like further advise you can get in touch by live chat, email or phone.

You can select the locking options, additional requirements, delivery and size of the items and then click on the Add to Basket button. When you click this your product is then stored in the basket. To view items in the shopping basket and amend them accordingly, simply click on the View Basket button in the right-hand corner of the page.

You can carry on shopping and add as many items to your basket as you like, decide to continue shopping on the site, remove an item from the basket or continue straight to check out and place your secure order. When you are satisfied with your items, choose your preferred payment option. At this point you would be asked for your name and address and then your payment details if applicable. Once your order is completed you will receive a confirmation e-mail within 60 minutes.

Is my transaction secure?

Every on-line transaction on Total safes is processed using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption via Braintree. This industry standard method ensures that your details sent from your browser is scrambled whilst in transit and decoded when it arrives on our server.

Which credit/debit cards are accepted?

We accept payment by PayPal and Google Checkout as well as all major credit cards and debit cards including Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro.

What happens if my card authorisation fails?

If the authorisation fails, it is usually that you have input your credit card details incorrectly. If this does happen to you whilst trying to purchase an item you can press the back button on your browser and you will be returned to the card input page. Please then check that all the details you have inputted are correct or make any changes necessary before proceeding. If all the details are correct and you still fail to get authorisation then we would advise that you contact your card issuer to establish why your card was not authorised, if you are still having problems then please contact us on 0161 819 6888.

Can I be invoiced?

We offer the option to be invoiced with variable terms of payment for Public Sector companies. We may also consider opening accounts for business or repeat clients. If you are interested in doing this, please contact us or call on 0161 819 6888.

What happens to my personal information?

We do not share any information we store with anyone else. More about your personal information and the information we store can be found on our privacy policy page.

Are prices exclusive or inclusive of VAT?

Prices are shown exclusive of VAT with the inclusive price shown at the side in brackets.

Do you export?

No, our online prices are for consumers and businesses within the United Kingdom. Total Safes does not accept orders for goods or installation from consumers or businesses outside the United Kingdom.

  • Your full business name and trading address
