Here we are again, another national lockdown. Even though it is our third lockdown, we must continue to take the rules very seriously in regards to mixing households, social distancing and the restrictions that have been put in place.
Here at Total Safes, it is business as usual as we strive to continue to provide security solutions to all of our customers. Your security is our priority so we are remaining open to support you or your business through these hard times ahead.
Our products are still available for purchasing, the only difference is that there may be a longer lead time in regards to delivery. We will do our best to get the item to you as soon as possible and will give you regular delivery updates.
This lockdown period may be a good chance to buy that office safe you have been meaning to purchase. Here at Total Safes, we have a wide range of commercial safes for sale that you can order on our website. Is your office closed during lockdown? You can place an order with us at anytime and then book in a delivery or installation at a later date.
Buying a safe for insurance purposes? Your insurance company may have given you a deadline for purchasing a safe. Shop for our Insurance Approved Safes and Graded Safes and we can advise on delivery and installation dates.
As a safe installation company, we are still going ahead with all our installation services. This includes services such as call outs, safe relocations and safe removals.
Our office based team are still on hand to answer any security related questions or to help you book a service.
We are strictly adhering to health and safety guidelines set out by the government in regards to COVID-19. I can ensure you that our engineers are strictly following government guidelines and that they have all the correct PPE they need in order to carry out their jobs.
Looking for a home safe installation? As stated above, we are still able to provide and install a safe in your home. Our fully trained engineers will take extra safety percussions in regards to completing your job safely and efficiently.
When booking a job in with one of our team members, please give as much information as possible. This will help to reduce the time the engineers spends in your home or on site.
We require all of our customers to fill in a COVID-19 questionnaire once their installation or service has been booked in. A link for this questionnaire is sent along with your order confirmation email. By filling this questionnaire out, you are helping to keep everyone else and yourself safe.
