We aim to provide our customers, staff and suppliers with updates as and when
they are required. The safety and health of all persons associated with our
business is of the utmost priority, and we will continue to prioritise this as we are provided with updates from the UK Government and Public Health England (PHE).
At present, we are prepared for business to continue as usual, operating out of
our 7 nationwide depots. We have put contingencies in place to ensure our
operations are running as efficiently and effectively as they can in this time, and
to prepare for any further updates we may receive from the UK Government and PHE in the coming days and weeks.
We ensure frequent contact and check-ins are in place with our entire engineer
workforce to remain ahead of any possible health alerts and will continue to
update our customers in the unlikely event that there are staff shortages or
changes to planned or reactive maintenance work.
We uphold the highest levels of sanitation and cleanliness throughout our entire
business, from our engineer’s vehicles, nationwide depots and within our
warehouses where our products are stored. We can provide assurance that this is a consistent priority and is maintained to the highest standards year-round, but especially during this time.
Should any of our customers have any queries or uncertainties that we have not yet covered, please do not hesitate getting in touch.
A member of staff will call or email you the day before the planned
installation date. If you are displaying any the advised symptoms or are
currently in isolation your installation will be postponed and rearranged
for a later date.
