My name is Emily Hockey. I am originally from Essex but took the plunge and moved to Manchester a couple of years ago (I didn’t do it for the weather). I completed a Masters in Digital Media back in 2019 where my passion for digital media was ignited.
I have been with Total Safes for just over a year now and have loved watching the website grow to what it is today.
I have an extensive knowledge of safes and security from the year I have worked here and strive to offer the best security solutions I can for my customers.
I have always had an interest in sales and customer care so having this position as an e-commerce assistant was the perfect role for me. With everything becoming digitalised, the way we buy things is different to what it was 10 years ago. As a business nowadays, I believe it is crucial to follow new trends in order to engage with your consumers. With that being said, consumers are now more than ever, buying online.
