All you need to know about Total Safes

Unsure what it is we all get up to here at Total Safes? Well what you may not know is that we have our own fully qualified, DBS checked safe engineers to offer a variety of services. 

Not only do we have a team of professional safe engineers but we also have trained locksmiths that can carry out a wide range of services.

All of our locksmiths and safe engineers are active members of The Master Locksmith Association (MLA) and undergo training and annual assessments keeping up to date with standards. 

Safe Installations

All our safes that we provide on Total Safes are installed by our trained and professional installation team. They carry out installations up and down UK Mainland, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. 

The safes team can provide installations for a wide range of safes, these include floor standing safes/cabinets, wall safes and underfloor safes. 

Call Outs

Have a problem with your safe? Our engineers are on hand to attend sites to rectify problems with safes and their locks. This service proves to be extremely useful if you have an emergency arise with a safe. If you have a problem or fault with your safe, we will try to diagnose the issue over the phone and then get one of our skilled engineers to attend and rectify this problem.

Safe Relocations & Safe Removals

Safe relocations and safe disposals are another service we regularly get asked if we do. The answer is yes! If you are moving to a new house or office, we can arrange to pick your safe up, deliver and install it on the same day. If you do not have immediate access to your new property, we can hold it in our storage until advised. 

You may be moving premises at work and have an office safe you no longer need. If that is the case, we can arrange for one of our engineers to attend site and remove the safe.

Our safe engineers are specially trained to make sure that all of our safe relocations and disposals are done safely. 

In order to book one of these services, we will need a few bits of information in order to firstly prepare you a quote.

We need to know what safe it is you have (providing a picture will be the best option), we need to know if the safe is located on a ground floor or an upper/lower floor and will require a postcode for the addresses.

If it is a relocation service, we also need to know what floor the safe is required to go on at the new location. 

Site Surveys

If you are unsure or confused about which safe will suit your particular environment, we can arrange a site survey with one of our experienced safe engineers. A typical site survey will involve our engineer attending your property in order to establish the best location for a safe and what safe will be best suited for your environment.

With plenty of years of experience, our safe engineers can confidently advise on the best security solution for you.

Our site surveys are £150+ VAT (UK Mainland only) which is deductible later on if you place an order with us that is over £1000.
